IT'S BIGGER THAN JUST NOTARIZING AND FINGERPRINTING...
Our mission is to positively impact the lives of every individual we encounter and to strengthen our community by providing information, resources, and convenient, value-added services with a warm personal touch.
That's the kind of service you deserve.
We are a 100% mobile service, which means we'll send the right professional to the location you request, at a time that's convenient for you.
Generally, we provide service in all major population centers in the United States. We may also be able to provide service in a remote area for an additional fee, if that's necessary.
No, we cannot. For a notarization to be legal, the notary must physically examine -- in the presence of the signer -- a valid, unexpired, government-issued identification that includes the signer's name, picture, and physical description. Acceptable forms of identification include a drivers license, passport, or military ID.
We are aware that, either because they no longer drive or because of service interruptions related to the COVID pandemic, many of our senior clients may be in a situation where all of their identification has expired. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide service under this circumstance.
As a remedy, It may be possible for you to renew your drivers license electronically, or to get a state-issued ID relatively quickly and easily. For more information, please contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles.
Yes! Generally speaking, a person that will be legally witnessing you signing a document must not be related to you, and they cannot benefit in any way from the document's provisions.
In the state of North Carolina, a notary cannot be a witness on the same document.
Documents that typically require witnesses include Power of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Trusts, and many non-North Carolina Deeds of Trust.
If you need us to provide witnesses, we can do so for an additional cost. Please indicate that you need witnesses while completing the Appointment Request Form on this site, or during your call to our office.
Yes! We can print the document to be notarized and have the notary bring it with them to the appointment.
If needed, we can scan and email (or fax) a copy of the signed and notarized document to you.
We can also ship the original(s) to a location you designate, or personally deliver it (them) to a location in your area that you designate.
If you need the document(s) shipped to you or somewhere else, you can either provide a shipping label, or the shipping cost can be added to your total cost. (Note: This option requires payment in advance or a payment method on file with us.)
Please indicate that you require any of these services as you complete the Appointment Request Form on this site, or during your call to our office.
Yes! The FD-258 is the standard card used for fingerprinting. The agency requiring you to get fingerprinting may provide the necessary cards. If they don't, we can provide them for you at no additional cost.
In case you were wondering, one card will provide sufficient space to get all prints for all ten fingers, from both hands. (We get that question a lot.)
We accept credit or debit card. If you wish to pay before your appointment, we can email an invoice for electronic payment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS.
Please note that the notary or fingerprinter does not process payments and cannot accept cash for your services. Do not under any circumstances provide them with your financial information.
For eligible clients, under certain conditions, and with prior approval, it may be possible to accept payment by check or by invoice after the appointment.
Please indicate your need for any of the special payment provisions above as you complete the Appointment Request Form on this site or during your call to our office.
